With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jackie Wayne Butler of West Plains, Missouri, who passed away on August 20, 2022 at the age of 78. Jackie BUTLER In her 84th year, passed away peacefully at St. Peter's Residence at Chedoke on Wednesday, December 1, 2021. In December her blood count started to go up aggressively without respite, and with her additional atrial fibrillation and Alzheimers Dementia, she finally died peacefully in her sleep at home with her family at her side.
